The Balloon Time "Put A Face On Fun" contest has returned for a second straight year in search of the next "Face of Fun." We're looking for the most vibrant, personable child in America — in other words — yours!

Our inaugural winner, Miranda, brought her still photo to life and ended up on millions of Balloon Time Helium Balloon Kits throughout the country. You've always believed your child has superstar potential, right? Now's your chance to give them the opportunity to shine! Children age 3-11 that are legal residents of the U.S. are eligible to participate and win. The last day to register is March 15, 2009.

This year's winner will be featured on a Balloon Time package and will receive $1,500 toward his or her education. Fifty first prize winners will receive a Balloon Time 30 Helium Balloon Kit.
